Sculpt Immersion: Teacher Training coming this Fall!
DRiFT is offering a certification experience for instructors ready to elevate their teaching. This training covers both signature DRiFT formats — Sculpt Flow and CircHiit.
Whether you're an established yoga teacher looking to expand your offerings or a fitness instructor ready to deepen your craft, this training equips you with the programming knowledge, cueing techniques, and creative tools to confidently lead both formats.
Completed applications and deposits are due by September 15th, 2026.

No prior TRI experience necessary to join this unique-to-DRiFT specialty class!
Meet your crew at the DRiFT and kick off a trio of movement in the beautiful driftless outdoors. We'll hit the pavement for a community-focused walk down the scenic Dug Road Trail with DRiFT Founder Laree -or- you could join one of our experienced running enthusiasts for 2.5 mile run around Decorah's famous river trails (10min mile pace). Return to DRiFT warm and ready for a full body Sculpt CircHIIT workout, wrapping up the TRI with a dynamic vinyasa-inspired flow to rejuvenate your hard-working muscles!

DRiFT Sculpt Teacher Training is coming in Fall 2026, offering an immersive certification experience for instructors ready to elevate their teaching.
This comprehensive training covers both signature formats — Sculpt Flow, a seamlessly blended fusion of strength and movement set to dynamic music, and CircHiit, a circuit-style high-intensity interval training format designed to challenge and energize students from start to finish.
